A magical experience starts outside. With an XXL LED wall you already welcome your guests in the car park. By customising the screens and lighting inside with your brand identity too, you carry that experience all the way through indoors.
XXL LED wall
Met onze XXL LED wall die buiten hangt, heet je je gasten direct bij aankomst op een originele manier welkom. We tonen hierop standaard een algemene welkomstboodschap, maar je kunt ook kiezen voor meerdere afbeeldingen of een video. Ook bij de entree van Hospitality area 2 hangt een XXL LED wall, zodat je gasten meteen ondergedompeld worden in jouw event.
LED screens at the entrance
Depending on the booked space(s), your guests will see the name of your event and the (event) logo on one or two LED screens at the entrance. A great way to welcome your guests and guide them to the right entrance.
Registration desks
NBC has 8 plug-and-play registration desks with large screens and LED lighting that can be set to any (brand) colour. Based on the number of guests, together we determine how many desks are deployed, what colour they get and what appears on the screen.
Impressive LED columns
With our 5-metre LED columns you fully immerse our hospitality area in your brand identity. Dress our 9 columns with a beautiful visual, moving images or transform them into your brand colours.
Wayfinding
By equipping the dozens of screens across our venue with your (event) logo and wayfinding, you can be sure your guests won't get lost and arrive at their sessions on time.
Presentation setup in the sub-rooms
All our rooms have a presentation setup with 3 screens. On the centre screen you show your presentation; on the side screens you put your brand or organisation in the spotlight. Or you use these screens to highlight your sponsors!
